Definitions

  1. Course completion: You must pay for a successfully complete your course by the completion deadline fate. Failure to do so will result in the course offer being withdrawn and you will receive a conditional offer of a fixed penalty. The course payment will not be refunded.
  2. Payment: Payment is accepted using most credit and debit cards via our website. We cannot accept payment by cheque, cash or instalments. Payment for your course in non-transferable and non- refundable, including in the event that you do not successfully complete your course. In the event that you pay both the fine and the course fee the fine will be processed and your court fee will be refunded.
  3. Website: In order to access the course, you will be required to enter you unique reference number and follow the directions on your course offer letter.
  4. Access: In order to access the course you will require a computer with a suitable web browser and access to the internet. The course is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above and the latest versions of major browsers that include auto-update. The web browser will need to have Adobe flash 10 or later installed and must have JavaScript and cookies enabled.
  5. Collection and use of information: In offering you this course we have checked your details against a data base to establish if you have taken a similar course in the past 2 years. If you accept the course your personal details will be retained for 3.5 years from the date of the offence, after which any personal reference to you will be erased. Your personal details will not at any time be made available to the public. If you fail to complete the course or if the offer is withdrawn your personal details relating to this matter will be erased from the database.
  6. Warranties: To the maximum permitted by law, we give no warranties and make no representations of any kind relating to the course including, without limitation, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

Access: In order to access the Scheme, you will require a computer with a suitable web browser and access to the Internet.  The Scheme is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8+, FireFox, Chrome and Safari.  The web browser will need to have Adobe Flash 9 or later installed, and must have JavaScript enabled.
